It’s an Adam Price heavy week of Netflix.
First of all you have the new show The Stranger which stars Richard Armitage playing a guy named Adam Price.
But then you also have the new genre show Ragnarok, which is created by a guy named Adam Price.
Now, if you don’t know who screenwriter Adam Price is, you wouldn’t think this is a big deal. What you need to know is that he wrote one of TV’s absolute best TV shows, the Danish political thriller Borgen. He is also responsible for the exceedingly good family drama Ride Upon The Storm. What I’m suggesting is that we should all give Ragnarok a look this weekend.
Oh, and don’t forget - there’s the final run of episodes of Bojack Horseman released on Netflix today as well.
And there’s also the Adam Sandler indie critical success Uncut Gems debuting on Netflix today in a number of territories including Australia. This is a highly anticipated film that is worth your time.
Boy, this is a Netflix-heavy email this week.
Have you considered supporting Always Be Watching? 5 days a week there’s the daily news email. Plus there’s the bonus Friday afternoon TV Guide to let you know what new and returning shows are ready for you to watch over the weekend. Oh, and there’s the Always Be Watching Podcast too.
