In any other week, this week would be seen as having an abundance on offer. But with the high volume of big titles debuting in recent weeks, this week feels  quiet.

David E Kelley's take on The Lincoln Lawyer for Netflix is the biggest show of the week. I haven't yet seen it. But I did check out the first episode of The Essex Serpent on Apple TV+ starring Claire Danes. And it is fine. There were just too many bonnets for my taste.

What I did get a kick out of was the return of early 90s sketch team Kids in The Hall. The original team is back for more Certified Canadian comedy. This new show is on Amazon Prime Video and it got a few big laughs out of me.

Breeders (s03), Hacks (s02)
