Apologies for this week’s streaming guide being a little bit late. But you’re not really missing a whole lot. If the idea of a new fantasy action show created by Joss Whedon is of interest, you’ve probably already made the effort to watch The Nevers. Of anything, it’s probably the new show most worthy of checking out, but it’s certainly a mixed bag. *I* enjoyed it, but mileage will certainly vary with it.
Frank of Ireland is fun enough to watch, but it’s a type of comedy series we have all seen before (badly behaved man child gets into scrapes and says funny things that push the boundaries of civil politeness along the way). It has some laughs, but there’s nothing of substance there.
