These things are certain:
It is the weekend of Borat. The world didn’t know it wanted a new Borat film, but most people are on board for the fact it exists.
Use of the phrase “my wife” will skyrocket a billion percent next week.
People who say they are above watching the new Borat film will instead check out the new Sofia Coppola movie On The Rocks. They might say it was good (it’s okay), but they won’t enjoy it anywhere near as much as the audience watching Borat.
Another thought I had: How on earth are we up to season 8 of The Goldbergs?
The Goldbergs (s8), The Conners (s3), Black-ish (s7), Unsolved Mysteries (s2), My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman (s3)
Borat Subsequent Moviefilm: Delivery of Prodigious Bribe to American Regime for Make Benefit Once Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan - Amazon Prime Video
Stars: Lily James, Armie Hammer, Kristin Scott Thomas A young newlywed arrives at her husband's imposing family estate on a windswept English coast and finds herself battling the shadow of his first wife, Rebecca, whose legacy lives on in the house long after her death.
Writer/Director: Justin Simien Stars: Zaria Kelley, Corinne Massiah, Elle Lorraine In 1989 an ambitious young woman gets a weave in order to succeed in the image-obsessed world of music television. However, her flourishing career may come at a great cost when she realizes that her new hair may have a mind of its own.
That’s it for another week. Let’s be careful out there.
