In the before times, it felt like every week was getting to be jam-packed with an abundance of content. And then things slowed right down. Looking at this week, it feels like we're getting back to a world of peak content.
The new series *I* enjoyed the most was the moody Stephen King series Chapelwaite, starring Adrien Brody. It's set in 1850-something and is a very traditional-looking horror with women wearing bonnets, candle-lit trips down to the cellar and wandering around the estate, etc. There's nothing revolutionary about it, but it does what it does very well and Adrien Brody is compelling as always.
But, let's be honest - I know all you're going to be watching this weekend is the Netflix She's All That movie remake He's All That. The first one was pretty radical at the time with its creation of a world where men would find Rachel Leigh Cook attractive. Can you even imagine?
returning:
The Walking Dead (s11), The Talking Dead (s10), Wentworth (s09), Work in Progress (s02), Brittania (s03), American Horror Story (s10), Archer (s12), The Other Two (s02), See (s02), Supergirl (s06), Pen15 (Animated special), Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian Making of the Season Two Finale (special), Evil (s02-B)
