How many times have you and your drunken mates sat around discussing how great it would be to see a spin-off from Ferris Bueller's Day Off, but starring the two car park attendants who took the iconic red Ferrari out for a joy ride?

The answer to that question is zero. Nobody has ever wanted this.

But Paramount Pictures disagree and have given the greenlight to the Cobra Kai guys to produce Sam and Victor’s Day Off. No director is announced yet, but Cobra Kai writer Bill Posley will pen the screenplay.

This idea is awful. I will watch the film on day one.

This sounds just ridiculous enough to be worth your time. The Australian Seven Network has commissioned a local version of the Dutch series Blown Up in which contestants create unique and mind-blowing balloon artworks.

More Sandman than we'd expected

If you were inclined to watch more Sandman than I, you may be happy to hear that Netflix has bestowed two bonus episodes of The Sandman upon fans. Now streaming is a bonus live-action episode and a second animated one.
