Oscar Isaac in Moon shot

Actor Oscar Isaac, still best known for playing Fartman in the family movie Lenny The Wonder Dog, is taking a shot at playing another superhero. Word has it that he’s in talks to star in the upcoming Moon Knight TV show for Disney+.

I have always been way more of a DC guy than a Marvel guy, so Moon Knight is a character that I mostly only know by name. Apparently:

“Moon Knight” tells the story of Marc Spector, an elite soldier and mercenary who decides to fight crime after he becomes the human avatar of Khonshu, the Egyptian god of the moon.

[NOTE: I’ve done some research and apparently Fartman wasn’t a superhero at all. It’s a surname. Isaac played Detective Fartman in the movie Lenny The Wonder Dog. You can find out more about this movie HERE.]

First look at new Batwoman

Here’s Javicia Leslie as the new Batwoman, replacing Ruby Rose.

I don’t understand why publicity release pictures like this of actors in superhero outfits. They always look a bit dumb. Why not release some screenshots from actual filming with the actor in action as we would see them on the show itself?

At least this is a bit cooler looking:
