An end to the (writers) strike looms?

It feels like we are getting to the pointy end of things.

A quick comment about the writers strike. Yesterday the AMPTP released their offer to the WGA. Most of it all seemed rather reasonable with a few points that needed to be smoothed/bulldozed over. Which is why they released the offer to the public. It is a negotiating tactic to try to make it all seem like everything is rather reasonable.
