Yesterday we learned that Andre Braugher died. For so many of us, it was a gut punch. The actor was 61 and still seemed so vital with years of great work ahead of him.

I audibly gasped when I read the push notification on my phone. I’ve been a fan for close to 30 years now and he was one of the very first TV actors that ever blew me away on screen.
