Not a great day for the big bear, Rupert Murdoch. A court has ruled against changes to the family trust, which would have seen Lachlan Murdoch positioned to control the Murdoch media holdings after (if?) Rupert passes on. His siblings James, Elisabeth, and Prudence would have had to sit back and just accept that this is in their best interests.
