It’s a bit of a dud week for new TV shows, though maybe worth keeping an eye on is The Act. This is a new Hulu show co-created by Nick Antosca - He is the creative behind Channel Zero, a delightfully creepy horror series that aired on Syfy that more people should have watched. It’s one of the very few horror TV shows that was genuinely scary.
Fans probably already know Billions is back. I’ll be fascinated to see how many people return to The OA for its second series. Boy was that first season divisive - and deservedly so.
